Before turning my attention to serving clients in Real Estate, I made use of my extensive experience in marketing & community development for the betterment of Washington. I worked diligently to rebuild the Washington Harbor District Alliance into a strong 'Main Street' organization. I am proud of WHDA's many accomplishments like, the Washington Visualization & Reinvestment Strategy, which led the way for Festival Park, the Lighthouse Maritime Center and the People's Pier in downtown Washington. Running a non-profit in Washington for over 8 years, I have worked with many people in the community and have gained their respect for my hard work & dedication.
Having relocated to Washington in 2005, I understand what it is like to move to a new area or simply move to a new neighborhood. My husband, Bob, and I were drawn to Washington, NC from Frederick, MD because of its historic charm and the beautiful Pamlico River. I love Eastern NC and is sharing my knowledge of the area with those that are ready for a change. I offer an advantage to my clients by utilizing my vast expertise in Real Estate marketing. Beth sold the house faster than we anticipated in a slow market. Also she closed the house for us so that we did not have to travel to the closing 4.5 hours away.
