Well, when you google \u201Crealtors of Greenville\u201D it comes up with the usual. This guy has sold blah blah houses and is top rated in Eastern North Carolina. Usually, i try to avoid those guys because it always seems like they are just trying to get as many houses sold and make as much money as possible. During our search for a realtor the first four people that popped up came across that way. And number five on the list was Amanda. She had decent reviews and sounded like a people person. So we reached out and immediately responded and it was like we were already friends. I would even dare say, within a couple days and meeting the whole family, she treated us like family. Every stupid question, every mundane task, she did with a chipper attitude and a smile on her face. Never once was she annoyed or upset when i texted her with a question at 11 pm. Or when my wife wanted to go see the house for the 3rd week in a row. This is my third house I’ve bought, and I’ve dealt with my fair share of realtors. And Amanda was the best. By 100 miles. There were so many things i could comment on about Amanda’s abilities as a realtor. But i don’t have the time or characters. I can say she did her job 110%., but what makes Amanda a good realtor is she’s a people person. She’s empathetic and genuinely cares that she’s doing the best she can to help you get what you need. Even if it means agreeing to take out your wife for a drink after she’s been holed up in a hotel with three kids for two months. 110% recommended.
We had planned to meet with several realtors prior to listing our home. We had recently purchased a home in a nearby town and the agent we worked with there suggested that we meet with Amanda. As it happens, Amanda was the first realtor that we met with and after that initial meeting, we did not even call anyone else! We were very comfortable with Amanda from the start and we just felt that she was a great fit for us. She was very knowledgeable and communicated with us regularly so that we were always up to speed with the process. We would not hesitate to work with Amanda again and have already recommended her to a friend.
Amanda helped us buy a duplex in Greenville, NC. We were new to the area and Amanda provided a wealth of local knowledge. She was very attentive and listened to our needs and desires without any pressure. Amanda was also very accessible for any questions that arose. I would highly recommend Amanda Whited. We are very happy with our purchase.
